How does it work?
Enter your address to find some of your favorite local restaurants available for delivery. Select items you'd like to have delivered and enter any special instructions (if applicable). Pay with your card, then kick back and relax; we've got it from here. Your friendly local food runner will be knocking on your door before you know it!
What payment options do you accept?
As of right now, we accept Credit & Debit Cards or Gift Certificates.
Did my order go through?
If you recieved an email confirmation you're all set! If not, just give us a quick call and we can help.
How can I check the status of a recent order?
If you're logged in, you'll see the status of your order in the Account tab at the top of the Home Page.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
Sometimes. If we can reach the restaurant before they have started making it, we might be able to adjust the order. Sooner we know, the better the chances.
What if I want to add something that isn't listed?
We will charge you any difference in price to the card on file or in cash on delivery. By ordering, you agreee to these terms.
How much does it cost to use the service?
Delivery Fees start at 1.99 up to 9.99 based on the distance from the restuarant to your location. You can join DeliverClub to lower all your delivery fees to minimum $2.00 discount on all orders, or 7.5% of the order subtotal discount towards the Delivery Fees. DeliverClub is $5.99 a month, and can be activated or canceled at anytime from you account dashboard.
Is your site secure? How can I be sure?
You bet it is! All credit cards are processed through Stripe.
How long does delivery usually take?
Most deliveries happen within 20-60 minutes, though when stars align, we have had drivers arrive in under 20! Even on busy nights, when kitchens are overloaded and traffic lousy, we still do our best to arrange delivery within 30 minutes to an hour.
